SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent melting. Orders placed after 12pm Wednesday-Friday will ship the following Monday to reduce the time spent in transit or sitting in a warehouse or vehicle.

Also shipping to PO boxes is not recommended due to your heat-sensitive toffee.

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order and then another 1-3 days for mail delivery. (Please note that USPS is no longer guaranteeing delivery time for priority mail. Please account for an additional 1-2 days for the mail system, unfortunately we do not have any control over this.)We use USPS priority mail. Once your items have shipped you will be provided with a tracking number for delivery.

Reminder to our customers from USPS website: 

We will require more than usual time for delivery. Priority Mail express services will not change. Priority mails two- and three-day service commitment is extended to three and four days for delivery.
